The Infrastructure Access Fund

The Infrastructure Access Fund (IAF) is an Australian unregistered managed investment scheme that provides wholesale clients with access to The Infrastructure Fund, a diversified portfolio of unlisted infrastructure assets primarily domiciled in Australia.

TIF was established in June 1998 with a single asset (Gold Coast Airport) in 1998 and has progressively grown into a diversified portfolio of Infrastructure investments, including ports, airports and electricity transmission.

We take an active management approach, working with TIF’s Trustee and Manager to assist in improving asset performance, advocating for leading ESG practices and accelerating the decarbonisation strategies of the underlying assets.

The Transition Infrastructure Access Fund

The Transition Infrastructure Access Fund (TIAF) aims to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns primarily through investment in the Underlying Fund, accessing investments in unlisted infrastructure assets with a primary focus on investments in battery/energy storage debt and dispatchable renewable debt, with projects diversified by (Australian) state, project and supplier.

The Energy Transition Fund (ETF) is an unregistered managed investment scheme which principally invests in battery/energy storage debt and dispatchable renewable debt with a meaningful storage component.

Once the Fund (TIAF) is fully invested in the Underlying Fund (save for a modest amount of cash to be held in the Fund), the performance of the Underlying Fund (ETF) will largely determine the returns the Fund receives.
